Water confidence first

Every child can learn to love the water. We start with trust, not technique — warm pools, tiny groups and patient people who celebrate every bubble, every float and every brave first kick, until water feels like a friend.

The confidence journey

From the pool edge to fearless lengths.

  1. 1

    Comfort in Water

Happy splashing, blowing bubbles and trusting the water — no tears, no rush.

  2. 2

    Floating

Starfish on the back, then the front. The moment kids feel the water holding them.

  3. 3

    Kicking

Long legs, pointy toes and a kickboard. Big splashes count here.

  4. 4

    Breathing

Bubbles out, breathe in. Rhythm turns nervous swimmers into calm ones.

  5. 5

    Gliding

Push off the wall like a torpedo and glide. Streamlined and proud.

  6. 6

    Swimming

Arms and legs together — first independent lengths, first loud cheers.

  7. 7

    Water Safety Skills

Float and wave, reach and throw, exit safely. Skills for life, not just lessons.

Water safety first

Safety you can see from the gallery.

Tap a hotspot on the pool to see how every lesson is protected — before, during and after the splash.

Lifeguard on deck

A qualified lifeguard watches every class from a raised chair — separate from your child's instructor, never multitasking.

Clear depth markers

Teaching zones start at 0.9 m. Depths are painted on the pool edge and tiles so children learn to read them too.

Warm 32°C water

Our pools are heated to 31–32°C, so little bodies stay relaxed. Water quality is tested every two hours and logged.

Max 4 kids per class

Small groups mean more turns, more praise and an instructor who can reach every child in one stroke.

First aid ready

Every instructor holds current CPR and first-aid certification. Oxygen and first-aid kits sit poolside.

CCTV & viewing gallery

Pool deck CCTV and a warm viewing gallery let parents watch every lesson without distracting the class.

Parent stories

Heard from the viewing gallery.

Riya used to scream at bath time. Eight weeks later she was blowing bubbles and asking for “one more turn”. The instructors never once rushed her.

Questions parents ask

Good questions. Honest answers.

My child is scared of water. Is that okay?

Absolutely — most of our Cubs start that way. Level 1 is built around play, bubbles and trust. Instructors never dunk or force a child, and parents can watch from the gallery.

How many children are in a class?

A maximum of 4 children per instructor in Kids and Juniors, 3 in Toddlers, and 6 parent-and-baby pairs with an instructor in the water. Private 1-on-1 lessons are also available.

Are your instructors certified?

Every instructor holds a swim-teaching qualification, lifeguard certification, current CPR and first aid, and child-safeguarding training. All are background-checked before they meet a child.

What age can my baby start?

From 6 months, once your baby has had their routine vaccinations. Parent & Baby classes run in our 32°C baby pool at just 0.6 m deep.

What if we miss a class?

Request a make-up class from the Parent Dashboard. We offer up to two make-ups per term, subject to space in a class at the same level.

How do you track progress?

Each child has a skills checklist for their level. Instructors update it after every class, and you'll see badges, notes and a progress chart in the Parent Dashboard.
